Description
THE DESCRIPTION
Wiltshire is comfortable and hard-wearing and has the timeless look of a stylish derby shoe. The Wiltshire Derby shoe can be identified by its “open” lacing system, meaning that its eyelet tabs are stitched on top of the shoe’s vamp.
With its “open lace” construction, the Wiltshire is suitable for a wider fit and higher in-step. This ensures more comfort compared to an Oxford shoe which has a tighter lacing system.
THE LEATHER
Keep our black well maintained with polish and/or cream and they will just keep going and going ageing beautifully with every wear. Calf leather is finer grained, and lighter in weight than the hide of older cattle. This means that it is also more supple. It is also very durable in comparison to its thickness.
We advise using Black Polish to help maintain a pair of shoes in Black.
THE FIT
The size (length fitting) of Tricker’s footwear made on this last (5067/1) is true to size, we recommend sticking to your regular than a regular UK. If you are unsure of your UK size, use our size guide to convert your known size to a UK size.
